During this time, we teach you how to eat heathily without counting calories, retrain your stomach and mind to accept smaller portions and help you through the 'cold turkey' phase.
As your system puts up a fight to hold onto an easy, peasy glucose fuel source we offer you a break by suggesting no exersise during this phase.

We introduce you to your MAC Portion Pots to save you from getting carried away with all the gorgeous grub you're going to eat. Any over-eating will result in weight gain.
Body specific exercise plans are asigned from the wide variety of Workouts for all levels. There's Zumba, Bootcamp, Yoga, Equipment-Free workouts you can do at home... Oh, and meet BRAD FIT', he'll help you through to the end.
