What this means for us:
Above all, all members of Skinni Chilli® staff strive to be lovely. We want a trusting relationship with our clients and our partners because we believe that is the only way to do business. We will never promise something we cannot deliver. Losing weight is all about self-respect, and we want our clients to know how much we value them. Our honesty pillar also means sometimes we decide to be cruel to be kind. Whilst we’re supportive and highly empathetic, we’re also straight-talking when it comes to looking after yourself because it’s so important.
What this means for you: We encourage all Chilleos (Chilli-Paleo members) to be honest with themselves. A common cause of weight-struggle is people lying to themselves about what they eat. Don’t feel bad if this is you, our brains are designed to do anything to trick us into gathering spare energy for survival. However, you can overcome this with our guidance. By being honest with yourself and our professionals about your strengths and weaknesses we will strive to come up with a guaranteed strategy to help you back to the body you deserve.
What this means for us: Skinni Chilli® Tutors and Trainers are fully-qualified instructors, and most of us got to that point by becoming addicted to the buzz of fitness ourselves. We promise to always be introducing new ways to break a sweat.
What this means for you: Although we know that 80% of sustainable weight loss is diet-related, we believe that you cannot look and feel your best without good exercise habits. Although you may get yourself back into your size 10 jeans through a good diet alone, it will not make you strong. To be strong, firm and fit you must exercise. The links between exercise and the release of endorphins (or feeling happy) is undisputable. So to be the best you, you must get out there and feel the buzz of physical activity. Go on, push yourself!

What this means for us: We approach healthy weight-loss as a bio-chemical discipline. We understand that different diets and different exercises work at different levels for different people. This is down to science. We factor in your endocrine system, heritage, personality and personal tastes to devise a programme that’s scientifically tailored to you. In addition, we keep up-to-date with the latest in nutritional science. For this reason we cannot guarantee that our programme will stay exactly the same, it will alter as nutritional science progresses.
What this means for you: Our company’s foundations were laid on cutting-edge nutritional science. As you learn more and more as a member of Skinni Chilli® Healthy Living Club, you will become a Chilli Scientist. All good Scientists work through the medium of experiment. Experimenting with your food and exercise plans is invaluable. By constantly changing your tailored plan, you keep your body guessing and prevent the dreaded plateau. Culinary test tubes at the ready!
What this means for us: Our Founder, Judy Benoit Milner, is always saying ‘If it doesn’t taste good, you’re not going to stick to your plan’. We’re self-confessed foodies at HQ, and that means we’re constantly developing delicious new Chilli® approved recipes. We will never ever advise you to eat food that is anything less than delightful. And of course, we’ll never advise you to eat anything that doesn’t comply with our nutrition Science.
What this means for you: Committing fully to the Skinni Chilli® way-of-life gives you an unlimited-access pass to a lifelong adventure in fresh flavours. We challenge you to never eat a bland meal ever again.

What this means for us: We know that one of the most important factors in improving your quality of life is motivation. We also know that the best way to stay motivated is to socialise with like-minded people. We’re social creatures, and as part of our natural paleo approach, we want to key in to how the brain is designed to work: in a group. As a result we are committed to providing a friendly, supportive and comfortable social space for you to explore the new fitter you. Our online platforms provide a great way to get involved between meetings, weigh-ins and events.
What this means for you: Our ultimate goal is to improve your quality of life and make you happy. As we get older fewer and fewer opportunities arise for us to make new friends, and some begin to feel socially isolated. We say NO MORE. We actively encourage a community spirit amongst our clients so that you know you’re never alone in your weight-loss journey. Who knows, the people you meet may play a large part in your brighter, fitter future.
