THE RULES
Every class has rules, and we are no exception.
In order that our classes run smoothly and safely, please note the following rules:

No Mobile Phones. In order that the group meeting runs to time without distraction, please switch off all phones as making/receiving calls or texting is not permitted.

Being excused. Please feel free to just pop into the toilet if you need to without asking. It would be much appreciated that you don’t just leave the group meeting for other reasons apart from emergency.
3. Q&A. Please leave questions until the end of the section or workshop. Make written notes of queries you might have and feel free to remind us should we forget to give you an opportunity to ask questions at the end of each section.
4. RESPECT each other. To keep a light mood to the group workshops, we need to respect each other and understand that as diverse as we all might be, we all share the same aim, to lose weight and become healthier. For that reason, the following is not tolerated:
Racism
Religious judgement
Sexism or discrimination of sexual preference
Ageism
Discrimination on the grounds of size or obesity
Discrimination on the grounds of mental or personality disorders
Discrimination on the grounds of food choice or preferences
5. Join in. The workshops have been put together with much enthusiasm and care to cover all methods of learning and to promote inclusion for all. In order that the lessons work well, we need everyone to participate in the tasks (excluding those who are unable for reasons of health). We promise not to knowingly request you to participate in anything which may infringe your human rights or subjects covered in Rule 5
6. Cameras, Videos etc.
We will be recording areas and elements of our workshop sessions for training and publicity purposes. As part of your agreement to join us at workshops, classes or events, you agree to be included in these records unless you have specifically requested otherwise. You are not permitted to record the Group Workshops although you are welcome to take photos of Powerpoint slides or White/Flip board notes.
7. Punctuality. To reduce schedule disruptions, please arrive for weigh-ins and Group Workshops (on the hour) on time.
8. Keeping the room tidy. For health, safety and comfort, please take care of your things including clothing & bags. Any help tidyingup at the end of the workshop would be much appreciated.
9. Have fun learning. Get involved, take part. Its often easier to remember information when you're enjoying yourself and can help you to lose weight too!
